We do not allow pets in the building. We do not allow smoking in the building and we operate a strict no parties policy. Keep noise levels low after 10pm. We have a zero tolerance policy on illegal drugs. Please do not tamper with the fire alarms or firefighting equipment. You must be respectful and courteous of the other residents and the on-site team. We do not permit Airbnb bookings to bring other guests on the property.
